The Waypoint Real Estate Group is a pioneer of buying foreclosed homes and turning them into rentals currently managing more than 11,000 homes nationwide. Waypoint is a Keiretsu Forum portfolio company which was just listed at the New York Stock Exchange in February. Colin and Doug met at Keiretsu Forum as angel investor members and as entrepreneurs were successful in raising capital from Keiretsu Forum to fuel Waypoint’s growth. They will share their story from inception of the idea to IPO.
