Scheduled to launch in March 2013, Keiretsu Forum Toronto connects local investors and entrepreneurs to the global marketplace with the launch of the second Canadian chapter. Members receive access to high quality deal flow from around the world by enjoying the benefits of collectively screening and syndicating those companies receiving the most interest from investors in each chapter.
Isinak says, “Whether we like it or not, we live in an increasingly competitive world and local investors absolutely must have access to a global flow of deals. When a Keiretsu member invests in an overseas deal, she or he has access to the due diligence and the terms that peers from other Keiretsu chapters have completed. This is where the true power of the Keiretsu network kicks in.”
The Keiretsu Forum’s invitation-only global community of 1000 plus accredited angel investor members throughout twenty six chapters on three continents have to date provided over USD400 million of capital into technology, consumer products, internet, healthcare, life sciences and real estate companies throughout the world.
